Jenna and Dan’s Engagement Photographs — Albert Palmer

 Check out Jenna and Dan’s engagement photographs, complete with balloons! You’ll know how busy I am when I blog the engagement photographs after I’ve photographed and delivered the wedding photos I’ll be showing you Jenna and Dan’s wedding photos soon (check out the preview on my Facebook page.) They got married just outside of Bath and it was happiest of wedding days and quite a bit sunnier than their couple shoot. Whilst Clifton always tends to look lovely in sun or cloud we managed to dodge some rain showers and find some new spots I’ve not been to before. As well as some old favourites.






It was great to see quite a few of these photographs at Jenna and Dan’s wedding. They had printed them out and displayed them in the guest book. Nothing makes me happier than to see the photos printed. It doesn’t have to be on fancy paper, or be of a great quality (although kudos if they are!) I know some of my most treasured family photos aren’t amazing works of art but they show times I simply wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Photography is magical.

La Cabane Beach Club Wedding - Albert Palmer

 My first La Cabane Beach Club wedding and it was a scorcher! Megan and Gary decided on a wedding in Marbella because it’s a place they spend a lot of time. It’s a really beautiful part of Spain and the travel happily coincided with my Mas Torroella wedding photography in the North of Spain. The day started out at the 5 star Hotel Los Monteros where Megan and Gary both got ready. Megan wore a Kate Fearnley veil. The ceremony was held at Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. It is a church like no other I have visited! Whilst the architecture inspires a serious atmosphere the priest was extremely friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of laughs during the ceremony and it was great to photograph. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the ceremony although I shouldn’t have worried as it followed a pretty traditional catholic mass.
