EMMA & ADAM | BRISTOL | COUPLE SHOOT

Emma, Adam and I took part in the coldest engagement shoot in history. Fact. That said we made the best of the coldest, wintery-est day and wondered around the lovely Bristol on a slow Sunday afternoon. I’ve known Emma and Adam for years and can’t wait to see them both tie the knot later this year. We met through mutual friends back in Southampton during the ‘uni years’ and attended a few random house parties :o) Since we’ve all moved away from Hampshire now it was great catch up, chat weddings and hear all about how they got engaged. https://albertpalmerphotography.com/emma-adam-bristol-couple-shoot/

Family Photography in Bristol - Albert Palmer Photography

I don’t normally do very many family portrait shoots but I jumped at the chance when Gemma and Matt got in touch. I photographed their wedding some time ago and it was great to catch up with their latest edition to the family. I really fancied a new challenge, something other than weddings or couple shoots , but still with great people. It was a great opportunity. A shoot was organised at Ashton court and we spent the best part of an hour playing around. Jorga was an absolute darling and pulled some great little expressions which totally made the photos. If you’re thinking of having a family portrait shoot please do get in touch. It feels great to be able to now offer this and I know these photos will be looked back on fondly for many years to come. visit us at :-    https://albertpalmerphotography.com/family-photography-ashton-court/

Vicky and all of her bridesmaids were amazing to hang out with and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. Vicky wore an amazing flowercrown made by Cottage Flowers, how amazing does she look? Phil almost forgot to wear his belt! I’d not met Phil before the big day but he was a pretty colourful character. As Vicky walked down the aisle he turned and loudly said ‘hello beautiful!’ The funniest moment happened during the vows when the registrar asked Phil to ‘repeat after me.’ He literally said ‘repeat after me…’ It broke the ice, and while I hadn’t witnessed anyone so bold before his friends and family thought it was pretty hilarious. All I know is it made taking wedding photographs quite a bit easier! I wasn’t sure how she would react but all was well and she smiled. As an Almonry Barn Weddi...
