NORTHBROOK PARK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY - ALBERT PALMER

Wowee! Seb and Shabs are on the blog today. I did their Northbrook Park wedding photography and after their engagement shoot and Mendhi I had been impatiently waiting for their wedding day. I kept everything crossed for good weather and it paid off! It must have been one of the hottest days of the year – and it was day of moment after moment of photo opportunities. I’m not going to ramble on too much, the photos will do all the talking! But suffice to say, if you dedicate the drinks reception to great food and ‘sports day’ in the gardens – count me in as your wedding photographer! It was a blast. I’ve been lucky enough to visit Surrey five times in the last month. If you’re looking for a great wedding venue then do check out Northbrook Park. It’s a gem!

Nonsuch Mansion Wedding Photography - Albert Palmer

My first time doing Nonsuch Mansion wedding photography for Caro and Ed’s wedding in Surrey. Although it was on the verge of winter becoming springtime Nonsuch Mansion looked beautiful. The icing on the cake was a little ray of sunshine after the speeches which meant a few couple photos in golden hour. A huge thank you to Ed and Caro for making me feel so welcome on the day. I’ve photographed a few of their friends weddings and they are such a fun group to be around. It’s infectious and makes for some epic wedding photography. It was great to work alongside wedding videographer Rupert again and also have help from Jamie my regular second photographer. I think my favourite moment of the day was the dancing. I know there are much more poignant and significant times during a wedding day but the dance floor was mad! My second favourite time was right after the confetti when everyone came outside (in March!) to celebrate with drinks and canapés. When I look at the images they take me ...

St Giles House Wedding Photography

You’ll love this post, St Giles House wedding photography in the winter! AJ & Daniel had an amazing wedding with two ceremonies. One secular and also a Jewish ceremony with more family and friends attending. My top three moments of the day start with the Jewish band and the evening dancing. I can’t get enough of these photos and they were well worth having my toes stomped on! After Daniel finished his wedding speech everyone headed to the drawing room for some wild dancing. You’ll find an image or two from this in my updated 2019 portfolio (coming soon!) My second favourite thing was seeing a few familiar faces from other weddings I’ve been to. Guests from Louisa & Jez and Jemma and Tom . Even if it was just to say a quick ‘hi’ it’s quite fun to see people again, although I’m not sure many of them recognised me! Lastly I loved the ‘cave rave’ – with overhead LED strips it was a fun touch. It’s hidden away underground but was in nice contrast to the rest of the historic bui...
